Your Questions, Answered
-
Therapy is not only for times of “crisis.” It can be just as valuable whenever something in your life feels difficult, confusing, or overwhelming, or when you want to understand yourself more deeply.
-
You don’t need a clear “goal” for something you want to change. Many people don’t. Often, people come to therapy with only a sense that something doesn’t feel right. That is more than enough. You don’t need to arrive “sorted” or with a clear idea of what’s wrong or a roadmap for change. We can figure that out together.
-
Many people who reach out have never had therapy before and aren't sure what to expect. That's absolutely okay. You don't need any previous experience of therapy to begin. I'll explain how I work, answer any questions you have, and we can begin wherever you are.

Therapy doesn’t have to be a lifelong commitment. Some people come for short-term support around a specific issue, while others choose to work more deeply over a longer period. We can decide together about what feels most helpful for you and review our work regularly.
